Processing
The Feta consists of 70 % Sheep´s milk and 30 % goats milk, this is because in Greece traditional there are always a part of goats in the flock of sheep
Particularities
For a consistent and high quality we choose two little dairies in Greece which do not make mass production, they focus first-class products as we do it.
