Manouri is a whey cheese made from sheep and goat's milk. It is the fine alternative to the rustic and salty Feta, extra creamy and mild.

Usage

In his home country Manouri is mainly enjoyed as a dessert with honey and nuts because of his mild taste. But It also taste great in salads or to overbake casseroles
