You can taste a little bit of summer when you bite into the sun-dried tomatoes from bio-verde. Refined with a hint of oil and basil, incredibly flavoursome and fresh.

Ingredients

Dried tomatoes * (87%), brandy vinegar*, sunflower oil *, sea salt, basil * (1%), olive oil *, oregano *

Processing

The fresh tomatoes from Turkey are divided and placed on a foil in the sun to dry. To preserve the tomatoes they are sprinkled with salt during the drying process.

Particularities

After harvesting, the tomatoes are halved and sprinkled with salt, then left to dry in the sun for 5-7 days. At our factory, the flavoursome fruits are packed by hand.

Usage

The tomatoes are cold produced, we do not pasteurize or sterilze them. All important vitamins and natural flavors stays in the product.
