A bit of summer you can taste if you bite in the sun-dried tomatoes from bio-verde. Refined with a trace of oil and basil, incredibly aromatic and fresh.

Processing

The fresh tomatoes from Turkey are divided and placed on a foil in the sun to dry. To preserve the tomatoes they are sprinkled with salt during the drying process.

Particularities

The tomatoes are cold produced, we do not pasteurize or sterilze them. All important vitamins and natural flavors stays in the product.
