Kimchi is known as the preparation of fermented vegetables in the Korean cuisine. In Korea, Kimchi belongs to every meal and is an integral part of their kitchen.

Processing

Kimchi is made from cabbage in our own factory. It will be fermented two days and then refined with carrots, peppers and ginger

Particularities

Kimchi is very digestible and delightfully refreshing.

Usage

You can serve the fermented cabbage to almost any food. Enjoy the Kimchi pure, or add in Asian wok and pan dishes. The Koreans prefer Kimchi to rice or Asian soups.
