Chorizo, a Spanish specialty, is a coarse-grained and pepper-flavored pork salami. The peppers give it the red color and contributes to its unmistakable spicy taste. Chorizo is probably the most famous Spanish sausage.
Meat and bacon is minced in the production process. The mass is seasoned with sea salt, peppers and oregano. Then the sausage will be air dried for 50 days in special drying rooms.
