Product information

The meat of the rainbow trout is particularly lean and protein-rich. The trout is mainly from our own fish farm in South Bavaria, because we need more quantity as we can produce in our own breeding, we use additional a fish from middle Germany, near to the Tanus mountains. Both trouts are Naturland certificated

Particularities

In 2012 we started our own trout project in the south bavarian Gut Dessau. From the breeding of the fish up to the processing, all work steps are in our hands.
