Manouri is a whey cheese made from sheep and goat's milk. It is the fine alternative to the rustic and salty Feta, extra creamy and mild.

In Greece Manouri is mainly enjoyed as a dessert with honey and nuts because of his mild taste. But It also taste great in salads or to overbake casseroles
