For our delicious chickpea salad we use only the best raw material quality from Austria. Through intensive cooperation with our suppliers, the cultivation of chickpeas in Austria could be expanded, this is a special cold-resistant variety which is slightly smaller and rounder than the usual varieties.

In our own factory the chickpeas are washed, cooked and processed very gently to a tasty salad with cucumber and dill. This not only tastes like home-made, the chickpeas remain fresh and dente.
